The CEO of Irish building materials giant CRH, Albert Manifold, has been ranked as the third-highest paid chief executive on the FTSE 100, according to a new report by the High Pay Centre. FLSmidth has reported revenue of DKK12,415m (US$1822m) in the first half of 2023, compared to DKK9733m in the same period a year earlier.
