ICR: To the outsider, Sinoma appears to have a complex structure, with many branches and activities. Please can you outline the company structure, and the main divisions, and how they relate to each other?
Wu Shoufu (WS): We understand the mentioned ‘Sinoma’ actually refers to Sinoma International Engineering Co Ltd (‘Sinoma International’ for short), which is a publicly-listed company affiliated to China National Materials Group Corporation Ltd (Sinoma Group). Headquartered in Beijing, Sinoma International owns many branches, subsidiaries and overseas offices.
