This is a common occurence and is sometimes called a "rhino-horn". It is almost impossible to prevent due to the aerodynamics in the kiln hood. However, it does not normally cause any problems.

Dear Mr. m. Azhar,
I agreed with Michael comment, Rhino-horn is un avoidable. You can reduce this formation with following below points....
- Avoid dusty kiln.
- Optimize your cooler air.
- Avoid high hood & secondary air temp .
- If it is possible pull back burner pipe.( if inside the kiln)
- Reduce liquid phase
- Shift your burning zone inside.
