friends please help me how to calculate veolcity and volume of gas taking by id fan from kiln.

Hello Mr.,The most practical way of measuring the Velocity and Volume of the flue gas is by Flow measurement using Pitot tube.

Way of Measuring.,

Measure the following @ just above the ID FAn from kiln.

Temperature,T deg C

 static pressure,Pst,mmWc

Dynamic Pressure,Pd,mmWc

Pitot tube coefficient,k
