cement transport problem
My cement mill plant is equipped with a 250m type fk pump with an arzen compressor(delta blower) expected to transport cement to the silos.usually the compressor either trips on high discharge temperature or the fk pump trips on high current.can anybody tell me what the problem might be?personally i feel there is a need for one to know the quantity of air required to transport a particular quantity of cement thru a particular distance and also the size of the pipe required.All these information is missing.Can anybody help with these information?my email is adeboye.owoyemi@gmail.com

i cant really undrerstand what u mean by plant elevation.d value i provide supplied here is for the silo outlet elevation to d fk pump discharge outlet.and type of bend is equally not clear.but i have 13 bends 8 90 deg,4 60deg bends.also the pipe is of uniform cross section 10 inch pipe..let me know if u need furhther info.tnx in advance
