Dear Explerts How to increase 45 micron residue in cement same blaine. We have ball mill cement grinding closed circuit. presently we are grinding 3000 blaine 9% residue on 45 micron. I want to increase 45 micron residue to 14% with same blaine of 3000. What action required to take in seperator and mill parameters. your expert advice will useful for me. Abdul Hadhi

Either reduce the separator speed or reduce the separator fan speed. which separator is installed dynamic or static and from whcih company?

increase the mill draft and adjusting Re - circulation fan RPM.(generally increasing RPM)
