Swiss cement deliveries dropped 21.8% YoY for the first quarter of 2012, reports Cemsuisse. Dispatches across the country and Liechtenstein fell from 1.020Mt in 1Q2011 to 0.798Mt. Pakistan domestic sales rise, exports drop
