PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa is collaborating with PT Jasa Sarana, a West Java government-owned enterprise, to carry out a feasibility study for a waste processing plant in Nambo, Bogor.
“Indocement is located near Nambo. Indocement can utilize this alternative fuel to replace coal,” said Indocement’s financial director Christian Kartawijaya in Bandung yesterday.
The collaboration is part of the company’s investment in clean technology to reduce carbon emissions in its cement production.
