Lafarge to expand investment in North Korea
Lafarge says it will expand its investment in North Korea. A public affairs official from the firm on Thursday told Radio Free Asia that it will increase its investment in facilities at the Sangwon Cement Complex near Pyongyang. The investment is expected to boost the plant’s annual cement production to 3Mt by 2010.
