The shareholders of the Kramatorsk-based cement plant Pushka (Donetsk region) at their October 18 meeting, have relieved Olena Baturina from the post of chairwoman of supervisory board.  Baturina is a wife of Moscow mayor Yury Luzhkov, and she controls Inteko company (Moscow).  

Besides this, the shareholders have relieved Viktor Baturin, Oleh Soloschanskyi, Kostiantyn Edel and Volodymyr Huz from their posts of members of supervisory board, and appointed Misak Kacheyants, Volodymyr Stupak and Dmytro Savytskyi to replace them.  Kacheyants, Stupak and Savytskyi are representatives of the largest Russian company EuroCement Group which is specialized on the cement production and sale.  

As Ukrainian News earlier reported, in March, the EuroCement Group (Moscow) acquired about 90 per cent of the shares in the Pushka cement plant from the Inteko company (Moscow).  In May, EuroCement Group also bought the control stock in the Baltsem company, which is one of three largest cement producers (Balakleia, Kharkiv region).
