CRH Ciment (Romania) SA has bought two concrete plants from BCC Aggregate Betoane. Located in Iasi and the Miroslava community, the plants will enable CRH to serve the northeastern Romanian market. 

"Proximity is an essential factor in the construction industry and we are glad that these two concrete production plants in the northeast of the country allow us to offer faster services," said CRH Ciment (Romania) MD, Frederic Aubet.

The amount of the acquisition was not disclosed.
