Chilean cement maker Cemento Melon SA, controlled by French cement and concrete maker Lafarge, will establish a real estate unit, under the corporate policy to enter the property sector, Cemento Melon said on February 23, 2004.  The establishment of the unit, to be named Inmobiliaria San Patricio, still needs shareholders’ approval.
