Russia-based producer Pikalevskiy Cement reported a rise in cement production of three per cent in 2011 to 1.78Mt, SKRIN newswire reports.
The company, which operates in the Leningrad region and is part of the Eurocement Group, said clinker production amounted to 1.55Mt, up 12.2 per cent on 2010 figures.
Shipments for last year reached 1.78Mt, a YoY increase of 3.8 per cent.
