The supervisory board of HeidelbergCement Ukraine, based in Dnipropetrovsk region, appointed David von Lingen Deputy General Manager on 8 February 2013.
Von Lingen is appointed Deputy General Manager until 8 July 2014. The company supervisory board also decided to dismiss management board members Roman Osada and Pyotr Grigorchuk, and to appoint Marina Muhodinova a board member.
Osada and Grigorchuk were on the board for two and four years, respectively; the statement did not mention reasons for their dismissal.
Muhodinova is appointed a board member for three years. Previously, she was the company's director of human resources.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, HeidelbergCement Ukraine incurred losses of UAH 24.083m (US$3m) in 2011, saw its net revenue up 44.74 per cent or UAH 413.524m over 2010 to UAH 1337.897m.
