Exports of cement from Armenia to Georgia have doubled in the first three months of the year compared to the same period of 2012.
Armenpress reported that exports reached 36,568t, citing data from the government's State Revenue Committee. According to the government department, Georgia was the only recipient of Armenian exports during the first quarter of 2013. During the same period of last year, Armenia exported 18,676t to Georgia.
In 2012 about 136,175t of cement was exported to Georgia, a 39 per cent YoY rise from 2011.
