Among those also in attendance at the launch were HE Mounir Fakry AbdelNour, Minister of Trade and Industry, Eng Mohamed El Sewedy, Chairman of the Federation of Egyptian Industries (FEI), Eng. Applauding Suez Cement on its ongoing commitment to the environment, Minister AbdelNour stated: "On behalf of the government of Egypt, I wish to congratulate SCGC for its impressive environmental record. The new filter system is a perfect example of how the Egyptian government and industry can work together to equip facilities with the best technologies available in terms of production and environmental impact.”
