Ecuador cement sales continue upward trend

Ecuador cement sales continued their upward trend in November, rising by 5.9 per cent YoY, latest statistics from local cement association, Inecyc, show.

During November 2013 sales reached 594,814t compared to 561,534t in the same month of 2012.

For the year to-date, sales were ahead by 9.8 per cent reaching 6.043Mt over Jan-November 2013, against the 5.504Mt recorded in the comparative period of last year.
