ZAB Zementanlagenbau GmbH Dessau, a subsidiary of KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG, has received notice of project termination from Eurocement group company Stavropolsky Zavod Stroitelnih Materialov, the German equipment supplier announced in a statement today.

In May 2012 KHD confirmed that ZAB Zementanlagenbau received an order worth more than EUR80m from Stavropolsky for the construction of a 1.3Mta plant in Stavropol, Russia. KHD's scope included the EP supply of production equipment, starting from raw material crushing all the way up to cement loading/packing. Automation and process control also formed part of the order. A separate contract was signed for erection and commissioning services.
