Industria Venezolana de Cemento (Invecem) is expected to double production at its plant in San Sebastián de los Reyes, Aragua state, brings its third production line on-stream, according to Venezuela’s industry minister, José David Cabello.

The new line is a Sino-Venezuelan joint venture with an investment of US$144m, provided by the Chinese Fund as part of an agreement between the two countries.
