Talks held on proposed Russian Karachay-Cherkessia plant

Rashid Temrezov, the head of Karachay-Cherkessia Republic, and Filaret Galchev, a member of the board of directors of Eurocement Group, are in talks for the construction of a cement factory in Karachay-Cherkessia.  The new plant is slated to have a capacity of 4Mta. (Source: Vestnik Kavkaza)
