Paraguayan state-owned cement company Industria Nacional del Cemento (INC) has awarded International Materials the contract to provide 60,000t of clinker.

International Materials is based in the US, but this clinker shipment will come from Spain. The contract was scheduled to be signed this week it is hoped that the first deliveries of between 10,000t and 35,000t each will arrive in the first half of December 2014.
