Indocement sees volumes rising 6% YoY

PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa expects volumes to grow six per cent this year, reported Kontan, citing CEO, Christian Kartawijaya.

The HeidelbergCement group reported cement sales of 18.8Mt in 2014, up three per cent YoY, thanks to increased capacity.

The company said it will spend IDR5trn (US$391m) on capital expenditure this year. The 14th line at its Citeureup plant in West Java is expected to start operating from the third quarter of this year.
