Burnpur Cement has commenced the trial production from its new grinding unit at Patratu in state of Jharkhand, India, on 23 May 2015. Fully-fledged production will start next month.

The company has clarified that only its grinding unit is ready to start the production. Trial production from its clinker unit will take some more time as it is still under construction.
