FLSmidth India has placed an order with Realtime Instruments (RTI), Australia for delivery of an AllScan PGNA Analyser for FLSmidth’s contract to supply of a QCX lab automation and quality control system to Emami Cement Ltd, India.

The site for this greenfield project is located near the city of Raipur in India. Delivery of the analyser for a stockpile application is scheduled for October 2015 with expected commissioning in the first half of 2016.

In just three years after market introduction, close to 30 AllScan PGNA Analyzers have been booked by RTI for minerals and coal applications. The Emami order is the first AllScan to be delivered to a cement process application.

The cement specific AllScan configuration has been developed and tested at RTI’s premises in Mackay since 2014, and in parallel with the Emami order placing, FLSmidth conducted in June 2015  a performance test in Australia. This comprehensive performance test was successfully passed, and the AllScan analyser is now fully qualified for delivery via FLSmidth projects, RTI said in a statement.
