During the signing ceremony at the weekend in Phnom Penh, Aidan Lynam, CEO of Chip Mong Insee Cement, said the plant would have “Cambodia's largest single cement line with the most modern and state-of-the-art equipment and technologies from Germany and China.”
Yu Zhangfa, CEO of CITIC Heavy Industries, said that the plant will be built to the highest standards in order to provide high quality service. “We will work together with the project owner to build a model cement plant not only in Cambodia but also in the world. Today’s contract-signing ceremony is just the beginning of our two parties’ good cooperation,” said Mr. Yu said.
