RealTime Instruments (RTI) has installed its AllScan PGNA Analyser for a greenfield plant project being undertaken by FLSmidth for Emami Cement in India. The installation took place in just 1.5 days, RTI highlighted in a statement yesterday.
Over the last few months the Australia-based online analysis specialist has booked another three AllScan orders for cement projects. Two analysers (one for a stockpile application and one for a raw mill application) have been selected by National Cement (Kenya) for its Athi River project and, most recently, a global cement producer has placed an order for a stockpile application analyser for a plant in India.
At the Kenyan installations FLSmidth’s QCX mix optimisation software is part of the project scope. The Kenyan analysers are expected to enter into operation during 2Q16, while the second unit for an Indian site is planned commissioned in 3Q16.
