Michael Höllermann and Johan P Cnossen will form part of thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions’ management board from 1 August 2016.

Michael Höllermann will be appointed Chief Human Resources Officer following his position as CEO of Regional Headquarters South America, which he has held since 2012.

Johan P Cnossen, in addition to heading up the Transformation Office for the implementation of “planets” in Industrial Solutions since 1 May, will assume the new position of Chief Operating Officer.

Jens Michael Wegmann, who took over the presidency of the division in October 2015, said: “With the appointment of Michael Höllermann and Johan P Cnossen thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions gains two very experienced managers to the realignment of Industrial Solutions in a difficult market environment and promotes a further focus our organisation on the needs of customers. "

This completes the appointments to the Board, which also includes since 1 June the new CFO, Stefan Gesing and a new board member responsible for the management of marine systems, Dr Hans Christoph Atzpodien.
