India: Shree Cement orders three kiln lines from KHD

Shree Cement has awarded KHD three more kiln lines to install, each with a capacity of 6000tpd, the first being a second line at Shree’s Raipur plant.

This new line will be built in Karnataka using a three-string preheater, six-stage preheater and wil include a three-pier rotary kiln (5.4/5.m x 75m), plus a Pyrojet^® burner and Pyrostep^® clinker cooler.

Shree Cement has already implemented 11 KHD high-efficiency kiln lines and several grinding stations, including 10 KHD roller presses. The locations of the other two 6000tpd kiln lines have not yet been disclosed.
