Cuban cement market sees 47% cement price hike

Cement prices have increased 47 per cent from CUP112 (US$4.23)/42.5kg bag of P350 cement to CUP165. Lower-quality cement has seen its price jump from CUP89/bag to CUP109.20.

Cuba’s cement industry is operating at only 58 per cent of its installed capacity due to logistic and power supply issues, according to Esmerk Latin American News.
