Cement sales fell 12.3 per cent in 2016, following a decline of 8.5 and 9.8 per cent in 2015 and 2014, respectively.
Local cement output dropped 65.8 per cent in September after a 41.8 per cent rise in August. This compares with a 11.5 per cent reduction in 2016.
