Moroccan cement demand has fallen 5.7 per cent in the first four months of 2018, according to the country’s Department of Studies and Financial Forecasts, Ministry of Economy and Finance.
The decline in cement sales reflects the moderate decline in April, when sales fell by 2.3 per cent following a 15.1 per cent fall in March. The drop has been attributed to heavy rains.
