The Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange (BUCE) is looking to facilitate exports of Belarusian construction materials to Hungary.
A Belarusian delegation visited Budapest on 3-6 June to explore the possibility of exporting Belarusian construction materials to Hungary via the commodity exchange.
Deputy Architecture and Construction Minister, Oleg Shvets, who headed up the delegation, the digital trade platform can ensure maximum transparency of the trading process and simplify the work of Belarusian exporters on the Hungarian market.
One option to export Belarusian construction materials to the Hungarian market is via the appointment of an exchange broker accredited in Hungary. The broker would then make deals upon orders of Hungarian companies, ensure quality control and provide optimal logistics solutions.
According to BUCE Deputy Chairwoman of the Board, Irina Narkevich, the Belarusian-Hungarian joint venture Belmastroi is being considered as the primary candidate for the position of the exchange broker. A member of the national federation of construction contractors of Hungary, Belmastroi is familiar with the characteristics of the local market and has a substantial number of clients.
