Argentine cement demand increased by 9.2 per cent YoY and 2.7 per cent MoM to 957,958t in January 2023, according to the country’s cement association, AFCP.
The market was entirely supplied by domestic producers, whose output, including export supply, expanded 8.9 per cent YoY and three per cent MoM to 965,361t.
However, exports fell 15.8 per cent from 8793t in January 2022 to 7403t in January 2022.
