Emami Cement looks to expand limestone mining capacity04 June 2019, Published under Cement NewsIndia’s Emami Cement Ltd has announced plans to expand its limestone mining capacity from 5.5Mta to 9Mta at its operations in Kukurdih of Raipur district, Chhattisgarh. The project is expected to be spread over 395ha of land and represent an investment of INR10bn (US$144.35m). The contract includes an MVR 6000 C-6 with an installed drive power of 6700kW. This mill will be capable of producing 335tph of OPC.
