Pioneer Cement and CITIC sign agreement for WHR plant, Pakistan03 July 2015, Published under Cement NewsPioneer Cement has signed an agreement with CITIC Heavy Industries, China, to purchase a waste heat recovery (WHR) plant with a power generation capacity of 12MW. According to the company notice sent to the Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) on Wednesday, the total estimated cost of the plant is PKR1.5bn (US$14.7m).
