Cement sector pushes up Vietnam's CO2 emissions forecast for 203015 September 2020, Published under Cement NewsVietnam has submitted its forecast for CO 2 emissions by 2030 to the United Nations and has factored in the cement sector for the first time. Under the new plan the country only expects to cut its greenhouse gas emissions growth by nine per cent or nearly 84Mt of CO 2 by 2030 compared to its projections using 2014 as a baseline.
