Australia's Adelaide Brighton has posted a 17.7 per cent YoY increase in net profit to AUD84.5m (US$62m) in the 1H18. Bosnia and Herzegovina's Lukavac Cement has reported a 11.1 per cent YoY fall in its 1H18 net profit, decreasing to BAM3.2m (US$1.9m) from BAM3.6m. Operating income dropped 2.7 per cent to BAM27.9m in the first half of the year, while operating costs decreased 3.4 per cent to BAM24.2m.

The consolidated net profit of Macedonian building materials producer Cementarnica Usje, part of the Titan Cement group, fell by 13 per cent YoY to MKD432.5m (US$8m) in the first half of 2018, the company said on Thursday.
