LafargeHolcim wins Dutch Afsluitdijk contract

LafargeHolcim has been awarded with a key contract in the US$550m renovation of the Afsluitdijk, the Dutch iconic sea defense structure. Aumund wins clinker conveyor orders in Algeria

The successful partnership between Aumund France and Aumund China has resulted in large orders for Aumund in Algeria for two new cement plants at Zahana and Bechar. The two orders together comprise 26 belt and chain bucket elevators, two bucket apron conveyors, 10 pan conveyors and 10 drag chain conveyors. Aumund Brazil has worked closely with Sinoma Tianjin TDS of China to create two orders in South America. Aumund will supply three chain bucket elevators, eight belt bucket elevators, five pan conveyors and a drag chain conveyor for Loma Nega Cement's L'Amali Line 2 in Argentina. RM Rail has been awarded the contract to supply Russia’s Gazprombank Leasing and VEB-Leasing on behalf of Russian cement companies as well as Kazakhstan’s largest cement manufacturer, Steppe Cement, with more than 1000 Type19-1217 cement hopper wagons by September 2019. Bedeschi to supply material handling equipment for Italian plant

Cementeria Costantinopoli has ordered equipment for handling raw material and clinker handling from Bedeschi for its cement plant in Barile, Potenza, Italy. Bedeschi will supply a storage system for clinker with a No1 bridge stacker type STK P with a capacity of 100tph and a No1 bridge reclaimer type BEL C with a capacity of 130tph. The supplied machinery will also include a15m-long and 60m-long belt conveyor. 

LafargeHolcim Guinea orders mobile grinding plant

CBMI has signed an EPC contract to build a modular mobile grinding plant for LafargeHolcim Ciments de Guinea. The grinding plant will be located at Dubréka town, 80km from the port of Conakry. LafargeHolcim Ciments de Guinea currently has a 70 per cent share of the local market in Guinea.
