Gebr Pfeiffer wins Iraq grinding order03 December 2012, Published under Cement NewsSinoma (Suzhou) Construction, acting as general contractor for GRD Cement Plant Company Tainall’s new kiln line, has once again placed an order for an MPS 5000 B vertical roller mill for raw material grinding. The grinding plant will be set up in the GRD's 5000tpd cement line located near the town of Sulaimaniah in northern Iraq. The MPS vertical roller mill to be supplied is designed for a capacity of 450tph at a product fineness of 12 per cent R90µm. |
New laboratory automation system for Wotan Zement, Germany29 November 2012, Published under Cement NewsFor the quality monitoring and control of their cement products, Portlandzementwerk Wotan decided to install a new laboratory automation system from ThyssenKrupp Polysius. As from spring 2013, the POLAB ACT will replace the existing POLAB system which has been in service at the company's Üxheim plant since 1993.
