The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine granted permission to Podilskiy Cement, one of the three major producers of cement based in Kamyanets-Podilskyi, Khmelnytskyi region, to buy more than 50% of Lvivskyi Beton (Lviv), according to a statement made by the Committee.

"Granted permission to the Podilskiy Cement open joint-stock company for acquisition of the authorised share capital of the Lvivskyi Beton limited liability company (Lviv), ensuring the buyer’s excess of 50% of votes in the issuer’s highest management body," the statement said.
