Cement Industries of Malaysia BHD (CIMA) announced that it is still in discussions with French cement company VICAT regarding the latter’s offer to acquire stakes in CIMA’s subsidiaries.


In a statement to Bursa Malaysia, the company said no agreement has been concluded so far and both parties have agreed that VICAT’s offer will remain valid until December 15.
