A license for extraction works in the Tchishuri, Broliskedi and Nakhshirghele limestone quarries was sold to Georgian Cement Ltd for GEL 47.58 m at the auction in the Ministry of Environment Protection on Friday.   The initial price of the lot was GEL 1.3 m, Prime-News was told by representatives of the Ministry.  

The license is valid for 20 years.  Georgian Cement, SaqCement and Mikheil Kakulia were taking part in the auction.  

According to the Ministry, that was the highest price paid for license in Georgia. The owner of the license is to cover the whole capaital cost in six months.
