A cement joint-stock company in the southern Tay Ninh Province, Vietnam, has signed a US$93m deal to equip its factory with technology from China’s Tianjin Cement Industry Design and Research Institute. The Chinese Institute is the contractor for engineering, procurement and construction to design, install, and conduct trial runs of the cement manufacturing line in the Tay Ninh Cement Factory. The facility is to have a designed capacity of 4000t of clinker per day and 150t of cement per hour, scheduled to be completed within two years. Established in 2004, the Tay Ninh cement joint-stock company in the Tan Chau District produces and sells cement, as well as other building materials and construction packages.
