Portuguese construction group Teixeira Duarte spent EUR60m to boost its stake in the share capital of local cement producer Cimpor from 20 per cent to over 22 per cent. According to the latest data from Portugal’s national securities regulator CMVM, Teixeira Duarte currently controls 151.1M Cimpor shares, corresponding to 22.49 per cent of the company’s share capital and to 22.62 per cent of the voting rights.
