The Bakhchysarai-based Budindustria factory, the largest cement producer in the Crimea, increased its cement output in comparable prices by UAH 9.25 million or 60.7% to UAH 24.49 million in the July-September period of this year, compared with the corresponding period of last year. According to the representative, Budindustria increased cement production by 13,512 tons or 10.8% to 138,627 tons during the July-September period of this year, compared with the corresponding period of last year. According to updated data, the factory produced 125,115 tons of cement worth UAH 15.239 million in comparative prices during the July-September period of 2003. According to data from the Agency for Development of the Stock Market’s Infrastructure, the Kyiv-based Brinkford company owns 78.32% of the shares in Budindustria.
