French building materials producer Ciments Francais, controlled by Italian cement producer and distributor Italcementi SpA, is aimed to strengthen its position in India, Egypt and Turkey, chairman Yves Nanot said.  Ciments Francais will invest 65 mln euro($78.7m) in the renovation of its Spanish plant in Malaga, Rodolfo Danielli, general director of the company, said.  A total 240 mln euro ($290.5m) will be invested in the U.S. plants in Nazareth, Pennsylvania and Martinsburg, West Virginia, over a period of three years.  Ciments Francais also aims at increasing its 34 pct stake pct in Egyptian cement producer Suez Cement, which captured a 22 pct market share in Egypt.  The Indian unit of Italcementi plans acquisition for 150 mln euro($181.6m) to 200 mln euro ($242.1m).  The French unit of Italcementi also showed interest in acquiring some plants formerly run by Turkish diversified group Uzan Rumelli and currently placed under state control, Danielli said.
