Dyckerhoff AG is planning to take the German Cartel Office to court for conducting a raid in its offices three weeks ago, chairman Wolfgang Bauer said in an interview to be published in the Financial Times Deutschland. "We are going to file a complaint against the raid made by the cartel office," he is quoted as saying. He said his company has been cooperating with the Cartel Office’s investigations and would have willingly provided the data it had asked in the first place. The Cartel Office raided the offices of Dyckerhoff and 10 other cement makers three weeks ago on suspicion of price fixing. Last year, it conducted raids in Dyckerhoff and other cement makers, which were then eventually found guilty of price fixing and fined a total of 700 mln eur. Dyckerhoff is contesting the decision.
