Cementos Lima, the largest cement manufacturer in Peru, saw cement shipments in 2011 decline by 53,000t, down 1.6% from 2010. This brings the company’s total cement shipments for the year to 3.2Mt. However, cement dispatches in the overall Peruvian rose from 8.5Mt to 8.8Mt.

Cementos Lima’s sales are mainly focused on the central coast of the company which saw a decline in mainly in the self-construction markets.

The company's revenues were PEN1092.2m (US$405.9m), down 1.3% compared to 2010, but net profit was PEN213.5m, up six per cent over 2010.
