Spenner Zement orders new grinding plant

Spenner Zement in Westphalia, Germany, has commissioned Christian Pfeiffer for the construction of a grinding plant at its main site in Erwitte.

In addition to the grinding plant, the EPC project also includes the planning of steel and concrete constructions as well as electrical switchgears. The heart of the efficient plant for the production of cements is the ball mill with the dimensions 4.4m x 14m and the cross-flow rotating cage separator QDK 187-Z.

Christian Pfeiffer is also responsible for the manufacture, delivery and optimum coordination of all associated components such as filter systems, bucket elevator, fans, chutes, samplers, reject transport and additional silos for additives.

Staff training and performance test procedures carried out by on-site Christian Pfeiffer process experts are also part of the commissioning of the plant.
