Cement production in Azerbaijan increased by 1.6 per cent YoY to 4.0281Mt in 2024, according to the State Statistics Committee. Clinker output saw a YoY 15.8 per cent increase in 2024.

The total value of construction materials advanced 16.9 per cent YoY to AZS1.4bn (US0.8bn) when compared with 2023. Output by brick plants was up 40.7 per cent, while output of prefabricated concrete structures increased by 40.7 per cent and construction gypsum production by 21.2 per cent YoY.
